Shipping Policy

Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila Only)

We offer same-day delivery for Metro Manila orders, depending on item availability.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
Customers are responsible for booking and paying for their preferred courier service (e.g., Lalamove, Grab, Joyride).
Orders must be placed and paid before 3:00 PM for same-day dispatch.

Provincial Delivery (Outside Metro Manila)

We offer several provincial shipping options:

J&T Express / AP Cargo
- Standard door-to-door delivery service.
- J&T pickups are available within our building, so no additional handling fee applies.
Bus Cargo / Drop & Go (e.g., Victory Liner)
- Ideal for larger or bulk orders.
- A separate tricycle delivery fee will apply to transport the items from our store to the cargo terminal.
Air Cargo
- Available upon request for faster provincial delivery.
- Tricycle handling fee will also apply for delivery to the air cargo terminal.
Truck/Cargo Drop-Offs
- For bulk orders via freight carriers or forwarding services.
- Delivery to the cargo terminal will include a minimal tricycle transport fee unless pickup is arranged by the client.

Shipping fees are not included in the product price.
Fees are calculated based on package size, weight, destination, and courier rates.
Final shipping costs will be discussed and confirmed with the customer before dispatch.
Any additional fees or surcharges from the courier (e.g., provincial surcharges, delays) are the responsibility of the customer.

Same-day delivery (Metro Manila): within 2–4 hours after pickup (depending on distance).
Provincial deliveries:
- J&T/AP Cargo: 2–5 business days
- Bus Cargo: depending on terminal schedules
- Air Cargo: 1–2 business days (availability may vary)

Please note that delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Orders are processed once full payment is confirmed.
Processing typically takes 1 business day.
Customers will be notified once their order is packed and ready for shipping or pickup.

Once the item is handed over to the courier, Rasha Party Needs is not liable for any damage, loss, or delay caused during transit.
We will provide tracking details (when available) and assistance with coordination, but courier performance is beyond our control.

Customers may opt for personal pickup at our location (to be coordinated after checkout).
Pickup schedule is subject to confirmation and product readiness.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or failed courier deliveries.
