Orders can be placed through our website or by messaging our official Facebook Page.
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders if items are unavailable.

All prices are listed in PHP and are subject to change without prior notice.
Full payment is required before processing and shipping any order.
Accepted payment methods include: GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer, and other approved channels.
We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) unless specifically stated.

Same-day delivery is available for Metro Manila, and customers are responsible for booking and paying for their own courier (e.g., Lalamove, Grab, Joyride).
For areas outside Metro Manila, we ship via J&T Express, AP Cargo, Victory Liner Drop & Go, Air Cargo, or other partner couriers.
Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer and calculated based on location, weight, and courier rates.
We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers.

We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receipt for unused, unopened items in original condition.
Customers must contact us via Facebook to request an exchange.
Return shipping costs are shouldered by the customer.

Wholesale pricing is available for bulk orders or resellers.
For wholesale inquiries, please contact us directly through our Facebook Page for customized pricing and terms.
